San Diego Car Accident Attorney – A 35 year old women was in a San Diego Car Accident near Market Street near 47th Street about 2:17 a.m. on February 19, 2010. The woman was on her way to work and had just exited her car and was a pedestrian when she was struck.
According to the county Medical Examiner’s Office, the victim was hit by an eastbound vehicle. Police said the driver was last seen heading east on Market and believe the hit-and-run driver was driving a pick-up or similar vehicle. The vehicle’s right side front window is broken and it is missing part of its right front bumper. The vehicle also might have red paint on it from the from hitting the women’s car. The driver is possibly white and in his 50s with white or gray curly hair.
People who work in the area described the stretch of road as dangerous for pedestrians because of heavy traffic and speeding vehicles.
